  • Advice To Service My AP ROO

    Hi Guys,

    Need some help here, hopefully someone can advise.
    Around 2 year ago, I purchased a preowned AP ROO Safari (meaning no receipt). Recently it stopped working and I'm wanting to send it for service.
    Checked on the 'Certificate Of Origin' it has a chop from local AD SINCERE WATCH but without the purchase date.
    According to the AP official site, it mentioned 'Certificate Of Origin' needs to have the AD and purchase date information.

    So not sure about what is the actual purchased date of the first owner and if it's still under warranty, do you suggest I send to AD first or AP service centre direct.
